Prefilled Syringes gained more importance in the last decade, as it provides a safe and controlled medicine delivery. AFAQ develop its prefilled syringes production line (preparation and packaging) for syringes loaded by nest of bulk, with the strictest international guide lines and rules.
Key Features:
- Very precise dosage filling volumes by using valveless metering pumps driven by servo system.
- The environment segregation is guaranteed by using oRABs/cRABs and Isolator.
- SCADA System with IPC integrated with 12” touch screen, in compliant with the FDA, CFR21 part11
